I love the idea of using a traditional quilt block in a non-traditional way. The Melody Quilt Block embodies the musical journey that humans have taken by mixing the classic Ohio Star block with a piano key center. It includes half-square triangles and strip piecing. The quilt block finishes at 6" square, meaning the quilt block, once incorporated into a quilt, will measure 6" x 6".
